With an aim of creating self-sustainable communities, Bighnaharta Nepal has been involved in multiple projects focusing on the upliftment of marginalized communities of Nepal. Since its establishment in 2019, the organization has been successful in making a positive impact on the lives of countless families residing in the rural areas of Nepal.

Bio-engineering Social Enterprise for Disaster Risk Reduction and Livelihood Upliftment

The implementation of the project has been able to mitigate the risks of landslides by 90% and has been able to uplift the living standards of the Chepang community of Raksirang Rural Municipality who were previously living under the risk. (Read More)
